New friends in second class

We were so excited to discover some new little residents (all the way from England) had come and made their home in our class. They were going to help us with our ‘Explanation Writing’. We observed them closely and took note of all their changes as they grew, checking in on them each day. We learnt tonnes of information from watching our furry friends closely. We learnt from all of our questions, our research, and all the fun facts we shared with each other. In the end we were ready to write. And that we did! We were so proud of our work and we happily cheered goodbye to the butterflies in the outdoor garden.
