This week First Class practised a new poem!This week First Class are trying out adverbs. Check out this lovely poem!First Class have also been designing posters to encourage people to look after our world.Lots of children in First Class are saving some lovely pieces of home learning to their Seesaw journal. We are so proud of you! Remember, the work in your journal is private and only the teachers and you can see what's in there. If you have a piece of learning, picture or video that you are really proud of and want us to share it with everybody here there are two ways to do it: 1.Leave a comment beneath your work on Seesaw telling us that you would like to put it on the website. It could be something like this: "Please share this on the website." If we see that comment, we will do our best to put it up here so that your classmates can see it. 2. You can still use the forms here on the First Class pages on the school website for sending us special pieces that you want to share with the class. Here are some pieces that the children want to share this week! This week, Andrea asked the children in First Class to think about how unique and special they are in an activity called - "There is only one of me." Check out Vihaan's lovely work.First Class have been working on verbs this week and have been writing lovely poems. Here are two from Ansh.We also learned about minibeasts this week and some of the children made some of their own minibeasts. Have a look at Ansh's creation.Deirdre is also reading a story on her class page if you want to listen to it after this! She is reading Mr. Majeika - one of our favourites! It's one of First Class's favourite poems.This week, lots of children have been doing some science investigations at home. They are investigating whether objects sink or float.
