We have been learning all about the Stone Age in third Class.
We looked at some examples of their cave art and tried to recreate them.
On winter solstice we watched a live stream from Newgrange - a burial place from the Stone Age- to see the sun light up the chamber. Unfortunately there wasn't enough sunlight coming though the clouds on Tuesday morning for the chamber to light up.
