Mo Phóca

Cad atá agamsa i mo phóca?
Dhá ubh agus subh agus feadóg.
Milseán is luch bheag
Agus úll agus frog
Agus lámhainní beaga gan ordóg.

Cad atá agamsa i mo phóca?
Pictiúr agus cnaipe geal glé.
Cnámh 's mirlín
Agus cloigín bog binn
A thug mo Mham domsa inné.

My pocket

What do I have in my pocket?
Two eggs and jam and a whistle.
A sweet and a little mouse
And an apple and a frog
And small gloves without a thumb.

What do I have in my pocket?
A bright picture and a bright button.
A bone and a marble
And a sweet soft bell
Which my Mum gave me yesterday.
